Meet Our Team

Bill Zartler is the Founder, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SEI), bringing nearly 40 years of experience building and managing growth businesses, with a strong background in energy investing. 

Previously, Bill founded and chaired Aris Water Solutions, Inc., originally Solaris Water Midstream (NYSE:ARIS), through its sale in 2025. Before founding the Solaris group of companies in 2014, Bill was a Founder and Managing Partner of Denham Capital Management, a global energy and commodities private equity firm where he served on the boards of numerous portfolio companies, including NGL Energy Partners (NYSE:NGL), Gulf Atlantic Operations, Kitimat LNG, Freebird Gas Storage, Cadre Proppants, MS Energy Services and Greene’s Energy Group. 

Earlier in his career, Bill served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Dynegy Inc., where he built and managed the natural gas liquids business, following roles as Feedstock Trading Manager and Business Analyst at Dow Hydrocarbons and Resources. 

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He also completed the Stanford Business School Executive Program. Bill serves on the advisory board of the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin and on the board of directors of the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation. In 2018, Bill received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Gulf Coast Region.

Amanda Brock is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Solaris Energy Infrastructure (NYSE:SEI) and serves on the SEI Board of Directors. She has spent her career in leadership roles, building infrastructure domestically and internationally in the global energy, power, and water treatment and recycling sectors.

Before joining Solaris, Amanda was Chief Executive Officer and President of Aris Water Solutions (formerly NYSE:ARIS), a leading produced water infrastructure and recycling company focused primarily on the Permian Basin. Aris went public in October 2021 and was successfully acquired by Western Midstream (NYSE:WES) in October 2025. At Aris, Amanda led the business to record levels of water recycling, helping customers manage wastewater while significantly reducing groundwater use in energy operations. She also oversaw the development of proprietary treatment processes for the reuse of Aris industrial water.

Before Aris, Amanda was Chief Executive Officer of Water Standard, a water treatment company focused on desalination and produced water treatment and recycling for the global upstream and downstream energy industry. She began her career as a lawyer at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston and went on to manage global power and water projects for Enron and Azurix.

Amanda serves on the board of Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN). She is a member of the NYSE Texas Advisory Board and serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Business Hall of Fame, having previously served two terms as its Chair.

Amanda was born in Mbabane, Swaziland, and grew up in Zimbabwe and Zululand. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Natal in South Africa and her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the Law Review, Amanda has been recognized as one of the Houston Chronicle's Top 10 Women in Energy, a Top 25 Global Water Leader, and one of Hart Energy's 25 Influential Women in Energy.

Kyle Ramachandran joined Solaris in 2014 and serves as President of the company, leading efforts to advance the overall growth strategy, strengthen operations, and drive long-term value for stakeholders. He also served as Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2026.

Before Solaris, Kyle led business development for Barra Energia, an exploration company based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He previously worked as an investor at First Reserve Corporation, a global energy-focused private equity firm, and began his career as an investment banker in Citigroup's Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College, graduating cum laude.

Stephan Tompsett is Chief Financial Officer of Solaris Energy Infrastructure, with more than 20 years of finance experience spanning financial planning, capital markets, risk management, and strategy at high-growth, industry-leading companies.

Before Solaris, Stephan was CFO of Aris Water Solutions, where he guided the company through a period of strategic and operational expansion ahead of its merger with Western Midstream. Prior to Aris, he served as CFO at Limetree Bay Energy and before that, EagleClaw Midstream Ventures. He has also served in financial leadership positions at companies including Andeavor (formerly Tesoro) and J.P. Morgan.

Stephan earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Cindy Durrett serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Director for Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. Cindy oversees the company’s information technology, human resources, risk management and administrative functions. 

Prior to being named Chief Administrative Officer, Cindy was Vice President of Business Operations and was one of the founding leaders of Solaris in 2014. She brings over 30 years of midstream and oilfield services experience to Solaris. Prior to Solaris, she was the Director of Business Planning and Capital Projects for Cadre Proppants and was responsible for developing and leading several growth projects. 

Prior to Cadre, she served as Managing Director of Dynegy Midstream Services, where she provided leadership to several sectors of the organization including IT, regulated energy delivery, natural gas liquids and midstream. Cindy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri, where she graduated with distinction.

Christopher Powell serves as Chief Legal Officer of Solaris. He brings more than 16 years of broad practice experience representing public and private companies, most notably in the energy industry.

Before Solaris, Christopher was Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer of CARBO Ceramics Inc. The company is a leading technology and services provider of products and services to the global oil and gas and industrial markets. He previously held roles at Baker Hughes Incorporated, where he was the company’s lead mergers and acquisitions and securities counsel and division counsel for one of its business units. His career began at the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.), in the corporate and business finance section.

Christopher holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University, cum laude, and was selected for the Mays Business School Fellows Program, an undergraduate professional development and leadership initiative. A licensed Certified Public Accountant, he worked as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP before earning his law degree.

Brendan Gilbert leads Solaris Logistics Solutions as Executive Vice President and General Manager, driving excellence across commercial strategy, operations, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver an industry-leading customer experience. Before joining Solaris, Brendan spent six years at Schlumberger in roles of increasing responsibility, with assignments in Houston and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to entering the energy sector, he served as Assistant General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Brendan completed six years of active duty as a commissioned officer, including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Brendan holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.

Dylan Van Brunt serves as Executive Vice President, SPS Operations with oversight over all Solaris Power Solutions Planning, Engineering, Construction and day-to-day Operations.  Dylan was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Aris Water Solutions prior to its sale to Western Midstream.  Before joining Aris Water Solutions, he worked at Concho Resources as Asset Development Manager, responsible for planning, development and operations in the southern Midland Basin. 

Previously, Dylan spent 10 years at SM Energy Company where he held several leadership roles in Asset Development, Production & Facilities Engineering, Business Development and Completions.  Dylan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

Zach Neal leads the commercial function for Solaris Energy Infrastructure’s power division. Before joining Solaris, he led the commercial, corporate development, regulatory, and land teams at Pilot Water Solutions, a national water infrastructure and recycling company.

Earlier in his career, Zach held senior commercial and financial roles at gas and water midstream companies, following a start in private equity and investment banking at Morgan Stanley. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the General Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Greg Garcia is Executive Vice President of Commercial, Logistics Solutions at Solaris. He brings more than 33 years of oilfield service experience and deep knowledge of all facets of pressure pumping, including cementing, hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, and completions.

Before Solaris, Greg was Executive Vice President of Business Development at Loadcraft Industries. There, he led the market introduction and sales of two new product lines: Mobile Proppant Storage and Handling Systems and Portable Transloading Systems. Earlier, he spent more than 31 years with the Western Company of North America and its successors, BJ Services and, ultimately, Baker Hughes International (BHI). He held positions of increasing responsibility, including seven years as Regional Sales and Operations Manager in Mexico. He also served as Director of Strategic Integration for the Southeast Area of the U.S. Land Division, overseeing all BHI drilling, completion, and production product lines. 

Greg serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Club in Fort Worth and is a member of SPE, AADE and Dallas Petroleum Club.

Yvonne Fletcher serves as Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations for Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Yvonne spent over 13 years focused on energy investment analysis in both buy- and sell-side roles, including as an equity research analyst at Fidelity Management and Research and ClearBridge Investments. 

Prior to her buy-side roles, Yvonne held positions at Credit Suisse, Capital One and Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. Yvonne began her career in the corporate sector as a financial analyst in corporate planning and investor relations at Entergy Corporation. Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University.

Brandon Trama leads Solaris’ corporate development function with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Solaris, Brandon led Pilot Company’s electrical vehicle charging business, growing its footprint from 25 locations in 13 states to over 290 locations across 40 states.  At Pilot, Brandon also led investment efforts across compressed natural gas infrastructure, power generation, freight decarbonization, and autonomous trucking, serving on the boards of VoltaGrid, Scope23, and Kodiak Robotics.  Before joining Pilot, Brandon was an investor at the Carlyle Group and Castleton Commodities International, investing in natural gas and power infrastructure. 

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Brandon completed almost nine years on active duty as an infantry platoon leader and Special Forces detachment commander with deployments across the Middle East and East Asia. Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
