Executive Leadership Team
Founder, Chairman, & Co-CEO
William Zartler

Bill Zartler is the Founder, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc (“Solaris”). Bill is also the Executive Chairman of Aris Water Solutions. Bill brings over 30 years of experience to Solaris, with an extensive background in both building and managing growth businesses and energy industry investing. Prior to founding Solaris in 2014, Bill was a Founder and Managing Partner of Denham Capital Management, a global energy and commodities private equity firm. He led Denham’s global investing activity in the midstream and oilfield services sectors and served on the investment and executive committees. While at Denham, Bill served on the boards of numerous portfolio companies, including NGL Energy Partners (NYSE:NGL), Gulf Atlantic Operations, Kitimat LNG, Freebird Gas Storage, Cadre Proppants, MS Energy Services and Greene’s Energy Group. Previously, Bill held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Dynegy Inc., building and managing the natural gas liquids business. Prior to that he held the roles of Feedstock Trading Manager and Business Analyst at Dow Hydrocarbons and Resources. Bill received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award for the Gulf Coast Region in 2018. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He also completed the Stanford Business School Executive Program and serves on the advisory board of the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin and serves on the board of directors of the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation.

Amanda Brock

Amanda Brock has spent her career focused on the global oil and gas, power, and water sectors. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Aris Water Solutions, a leading produced water infrastructure and recycling company primarily focused on the Permian Basin, which went public in October 2021 and was recently acquired by Western Midstream. Amanda joined Aris’ predecessor Solaris Water Midstream in 2017. During her time at Aris, Amanda led the business to achieve record levels of water recycling, helping customers manage their wastewater while significantly reducing the use of groundwater in operations and developing proprietary water treatment processes for complex industrial water.
President & Chief Financial Officer
Kyle Ramachandran

Kyle Ramachandran joined Solaris in 2014 and serves as President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Solaris, Kyle led business development for Barra Energia, a Rio de Janeiro, Brazil based exploration company. Before joining Barra Energia, Kyle was an investor at First Reserve Corporation, a global energy-focused private equity firm. Kyle began his career as an investment banker in Citigroup’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College, where he graduated cum laude.
Chief Administrative Officer & Director
Cindy Durrett

Cindy Durrett serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Director for Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. Cindy oversees the company’s information technology, human resources, risk management and administrative functions. Prior to being named Chief Administrative Officer, Cindy was Vice President of Business Operations and was one of the founding leaders of Solaris in 2014. She brings over 30 years of midstream and oilfield services experience to Solaris. Prior to Solaris, she was the Director of Business Planning and Capital Projects for Cadre Proppants and was responsible for developing and leading several growth projects. Prior to Cadre, she served as Managing Director of Dynegy Midstream Services, where she provided leadership to several sectors of the organization including IT, regulated energy delivery, natural gas liquids and midstream. Cindy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri, where she graduated with distinction.
Chief Legal Officer
Christopher Powell

Christopher Powell serves as Chief Legal Officer for Solaris.
Christopher brings more than 16 years of broad practice experience to Solaris having represented both public and private companies during his career, most notably in the energy industry. Prior to joining Solaris, Christopher served as Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for CARBO Ceramics Inc., a leading technology and services company providing products and services to the global oil and gas and industrial markets. Previously Christopher worked for Baker Hughes Incorporated as the company’s lead mergers and acquisitions and securities counsel, as well as division counsel for one of its business units. He began his career with the international law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.) working in the firm’s corporate and business finance section. Christopher obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Christopher is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP prior to obtaining his law degree. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University, where he was selected as a member of the Mays Business School Fellows Program, an undergraduate professional development and leadership program.
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Logistics Solutions
Brendan Gilbert

Brendan Gilbert leads Solaris Logistics Solutions as Executive Vice President and General Manager, driving excellence across commercial strategy, operations, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver an industry-leading customer experience. Before joining Solaris, Brendan spent six years at Schlumberger in roles of increasing responsibility, with assignments in Houston and the United Arab Emirates. Prior to entering the energy sector, he served as Assistant General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, Brendan completed six years of active duty as a commissioned officer, including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Brendan holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.
Executive Vice President, Power Solutions Operations
Dylan Van Brunt

Dylan Van Brunt serves as Executive Vice President, SPS Operations with oversight over all Solaris Power Solutions Planning, Engineering, Construction and day-to-day Operations. Dylan was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Aris Water Solutions prior to its sale to Western Midstream. Before joining Aris Water Solutions, he worked at Concho Resources as Asset Development Manager, responsible for planning, development and operations in the southern Midland Basin. Previously, Dylan spent 10 years at SM Energy Company where he held several leadership roles in Asset Development, Production & Facilities Engineering, Business Development and Completions. Dylan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
Senior Vice President of Commercial, Power Solutions
Zach Neal

Zach Neal leads the commercial function for Solaris Energy Infrastructure’s power division. Before Solaris, Zach lead the commercial, corporate development, regulatory and land departments at Pilot Water Solutions, an national water infrastructure and recycle company. Prior to Pilot, Zach served in various senior commercial and financial roles at gas and water midstream companies. Prior to leading infrastructure companies, Zach worked in private equity and investment banking for Morgan Stanley. Zach holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the General Management Program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Executive Vice President of Commercial, Logistics Solutions
Greg Garcia

With more than 33 years of experience in the oilfield service industry, Greg brings a deep knowledge of all facets of pressure pumping services, including cementing, hydraulic fracturing pressure, coiled tubing and completions to Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Greg served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Loadcraft Industries, where he led the market introduction and sales of two new product lines: Mobile Proppant Storage and Handling Systems and Portable Transloading Systems.
Greg spent more than 31 years with the Western Company of North America and its successors, BJ Services and, ultimately, Baker Hughes International, where he held positions of increasing responsibilities. His assignments included Regional Sales and Operations Manager in Mexico for seven years and Director of Strategic Integration for the Southeast Area of the U.S. Land Division, where he oversaw all BHI drilling, completion and production product lines.
Greg serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Club in Fort Worth and is a member of SPE, AADE and Dallas Petroleum Club.
Executive Vice President, Power Solutions
Ross Bartley

Ross Bartley serves as the EVP of Solaris Energy Infrastructure’s Power Solutions Division, he was the CFO of Mobile Energy Rentals (“MER”) prior to its acquisition by SEI. Mr. Bartley has more than twenty-five years of corporate finance and business development experience. Before joining MER, Mr. Bartley worked as the CFO of Life Cycle Power. Prior to LCP, Ross worked as a financial consultant with Racca Solutions Group as the Head of Private Equity Engagements and managed Derby Capital, a private credit fund. Ross also served as the interim CFO of Mesa Line Services, a transmission and distribution construction company that sold to private equity.
Prior to Mesa Line Services, Mr. Bartley was a Principal with OFS Energy Fund, an oilfield services and equipment focused private equity boutique. He had a successful career over twelve years in banking with Southwest Bank of Texas / Amegy Bank, and Cadence Bank. Mr. Bartley graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with BBA’s in Finance and Marketing and also lettered in men’s golf. He earned an MBA with finance emphasis from Texas Tech University.

Yvonne Fletcher

Yvonne Fletcher serves as Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations for Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Yvonne spent over 13 years focused on energy investment analysis in both buy- and sell-side roles, including as an equity research analyst at Fidelity Management and Research and ClearBridge Investments. Prior to her buy-side roles, Yvonne held positions at Credit Suisse, Capital One and Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. Yvonne began her career in the corporate sector as a financial analyst in corporate planning and investor relations at Entergy Corporation. Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University.
